Spanish saxophonist and flutist, born in
Barcelona, of classical and modern training, he studied at
the Conservatorio Superior de Música (Barcelona) and Escuela
Superior de Música, INBA (Mexico).
His participation in international concerts in countries such
as Denmark, Austria with the Takesi group and in Bolivia with
the Cuarteto Polo Pavón stands out. In Mexico he has performed
on stages such as the Quimera Festival and the Campeche
International Festival (as a member of the Emmanuel Mora
quartet).
He has collaborated in various discographies such as:
"Homenaje a Vinicius de Moraes" by the bossa nova Sarava
quintet, "Tumpa" by the Bolivian jazz group Takesi,
"Estaciones" by guitarist Emmanuel Mora, "La tierra que soy"
by the Mexican jazz sextet Ehecatl Assemble. He has been a
regular musician in Mexico City in various places such as:
Casa Lamm, Hotel Aqua, Che lindo, among other establishments,
and he participated in the musical “Love without barriers”,
directed by Chacho Gaytán.
He is the founder and composer of the Kibá Quartet, with which
he has recorded the cd "Pulsations", made up of his
compositions, an album that he has presented on numerous
stages.
